PROGRAMS / LESSONS

We provide programs and lessons for individuals who require adaptive equipment or other adaptations in order to participate.

WE REMOVE BARRIERS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH LIFE-CHANGING OUTDOOR SPORTS AND RECREATION OPPORTUNITIES

In the winter we provide adaptive alpine skiing, snowboarding, and cross country skiing lessons. We offer half- and full-day adaptive alpine and snowboard lessons and one-hour adaptive cross country lessons.

We ski and snowboard at the following partner resorts here in Ogden Valley, Utah:

In the summer we provide adaptive kayaking, cycling, and indoor climbing.

WHO WE SERVE

Ogden Valley Adaptive Sports serves the community of Ogden, Utah through offering adaptive outdoor sports opportunities to people with disabilities.

Our year-round programming strives to be inclusive and specifically caters to participants that will utilize adaptive equipment or techniques in order to recreate.

We try our best to make all necessary accommodations that people might need in order to participate.

SIGNING UP FOR LESSONS IS SIMPLE

Welcome to our programs and lessons.  We wish to understand your individual needs and goals so that we can provide you with the very best adaptive lesson, instructor and equipment.  

First, you must complete and submit the Participant Information Form by clicking on this button:

Step 2: Send an email to us stating that you have completed the form and wish to schedule a lesson or join a program.  Email us at: schedule@ogdenvalleyadaptivesports.org

Step 3: Please sign the Release of Liability and Media Release Waivers electronically prior to your lesson.

You will then be contacted by our Program Coordinators.  They will review your form and help you decide what lessons and programs best suit your needs.

Scholarships

We are committed to assuring that all persons with disabilities can participate in our programs, regardless of their ability to afford the cost. Through grants and the very generous donations from our community partners and stakeholders, we are able to offer scholarships for those who might need financial assistance. We encourage all participants to pay as much as they are able so that scholarships will be available to as many participants as possible over the year. Participants who demonstrate a financial need may be eligible for a scholarship to cover part or all of the lesson costs. Apply for a scholarship at the button below.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your lesson please contact us as soon as possible to let us know.
You will receive a 100% refund up until the day of your program or lesson, given advance notice.
If you do not call or show up on the day of your lesson or program there will be no refund.
